Orders & Delivery

We ship worldwide and provide next day shipment. 

For made to order items (clearly marked), please allow 3-4 weeks for production before dispatch. 

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Shipping

Australia

$5 AUD Standard delivery via Australia Post. Allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

International

Standard delivery to NZ requires up to 5 business days ($15 AUD)

Standard delivery to US requires up to 5 business days ($15 AUD)

Standard delivery to UK requires up to 5 business days ($15 AUD)

For made to order items (clearly marked), please allow 3-4 weeks for production before dispatch. All other items will be dispatched within 48hours.

 

Returns

We provide our customers with high-quality gold jewellery that lasts. Jewellery that can be lived in. Jewellery you can keep on every time you shower, swim or do a workout. We wear and back our jewellery, for that reason we are happy to accept returns for repairs or replacements within 3 months of purchase. We call this the Loved-Too-Hard guarantee.

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or unsuitable purchases. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have sent an item in error. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

 

Please email info@amalfidreamsgold.com.au for return and repair requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. We’ll validate your request and advise of the next steps.
